Registration Packages

We charge a small initial registration fee to filter serious matches. Success fees are paid only after marriage is finalized.

1. Initial Registration Charge (Based on Category)

Tier 1 Plan

₹1,000 / One-time

For Middle School, High School, Intermediate education, or Low Income groups.

2. Service Charge (Validity Fee)

Both registration and active validity fees must be paid to initiate matches selection from our group.

6-Month Validity ₹3,100
1-Year Validity ₹5,100

3. Offline Coordination Fees

Charged for manual family visits and meeting arrangements:

Home Visit (Within 20 km): ₹1,000
Home Visit (Outside 20 km): ₹2,000 + travel fare
Family Meeting Coordination: ₹1,100 (from each side)

4. Post-Wedding Success Fees

To ensure full trust and alignment, Apna Hamsafar operates on a pre-agreed success-fee model. No payment gateway transactions are handled online.

Upon finalization of the proposal (50% payable at engagement, 50% at wedding date scheduling), success fees apply as follows:

Level 1 (Low Income): ₹11,000
Level 2 (Middle Income): ₹21,000
Level 3 (High Income): ₹31,000
Level 4 (Small Doc/Eng): ₹41,000
Level 5 (Big Doc/Govt): ₹51,000

Special Exemptions & Rules

  • Divorced & Widowed Matches: Only the registration charge is taken. The final success fee is voluntary and left up to the families' choice.
  • Initial registration and service validity charges are non-refundable.
  • All payments are handled manually in offline modes directly with Apna Hamsafar relationship officers.
